My journey in the timber window industry started many years ago in a factory in Poland where I was working closely with UK customers and the production team. It then continued when I moved to the UK and worked for double glazing companies.
My experience with customers and the manufacturing process has taught me how important it is to listen to the customers and be able to overcome any potential difficulties. I have also learnt that honesty, transparency and good work ethics are values I want to have in my business.
