I live in a listed property - can I install double glazing?
If your property is listed it does not mean that you cannot make changes however we advise that you contact your Local Authority to apply for the listed building consent. You must contact them before making any changes. Your Local Authority will determine what can be changed without damaging the historical significance of your property. In some cases double glazing is allowed in listed buildings.
I live in a noisy area, what can I do with my windows?
We offer a few solutions to minimise the noise you can hear through your windows and doors. One of them is installing triple glazing or using acoustic double glazed units.
How long does it take to get my windows and doors installed?
Once we complete the survey on your property and agree any necessary changes, you should expect your new windows and doors to be fitted within 8 weeks. Our staff will be in touch with you with regular updates on the progress we make in the factory.
I would like to buy timber windows and doors but I’m worried about the maintenance.
This is the question we often hear from our customers and it has a lot to do with the misconception that timber products require high maintenance. All our products are manufactured using specially treated timber and painted with micro-porous water-based paints to stand the test of time.
Do my windows have to be single colour? The interior of my house is grey but I would like them to be white on the outside. Is that possible?
Our windows and doors are available in a vast variety of colours and stains. We also offer dual colour so there is no limit to your colour choice.
