I was very concerned about paying in full for the windows prior to them being fitted, however I needn’t have been.  The communication was excellent and timely, with help and guidance at every step.  The Survey was completed and copies of drawings sent for our approval.  Regular communications and photos of the progress of the building of the windows were sent to us.  The fitters were very punctual, professional, and hard working.  They left having ensured they cleaned the house to ensure it was tidy and all rubbish taken away with them.  Overall I have found the service/delivery/fitting of a very high standard and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
