While our vacuum glass maintains the look of single glazing, it offers superior energy efficiency, noise reduction, and durability—outperforming even triple glazing. Our vacuum glass looks just like traditional single glazing but performs far better than triple glazing. It maintains a classic appearance with no double reflection, while offering unmatched energy efficiency.
Thanks to its ultra-low dew point, our vacuum glass significantly reduces condensation, even in extreme temperatures. Tested at 25°C inside and -50°C outside, it showed no signs of condensation on the inner pane.
Unlike slim double glazing (often required by planning officers) which has a high failure rate, our vacuum glass uses a flexible edge seal, ensuring a lifespan well over 25 years.
The vacuum layer prevents sound from travelling, making our vacuum glass ideal for noisy environments. It achieves a sound reduction of 39dB, compared to just 27dB with standard double glazing.
Each vacuum glass pane is tempered, providing high strength and impact resistance. It can withstand wind pressures up to 7200Pa, ensuring safety in even the harshest conditions.
Our vacuum glazing weighs only 20kg/m², reducing the strain on window hardware and hinges. It’s also a quarter the thickness and at least 10kg lighter than triple glazing, yet still delivers superior U-value performance.
